Privacy notice

Controller: János István Dóczi, sole proprietor, 2365 Inárcs, Május 1. utca 3., Hungary; contact: privacy@clearmodo.com.

The website always uses storage that is necessary for operation, including remembering language and measurement consent. The cm_consent_v1 setting is retained for up to 180 days. Analytics and marketing measurement are denied by default and start only after voluntary consent. The choice can be changed at any time through Cookie and measurement settings in the footer.

With analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 may measure page views, campaign source (UTM parameters), important button clicks, downloads, form starts and checkout starts. We do not send names, email addresses, file names or local file data to measurement. Campaign source may also be retained in browser storage for attribution. The EEA provider is Google Ireland Limited; where data is transferred outside the EEA, the safeguards made available by the provider apply.

With marketing-measurement consent, Meta Pixel may measure whether an important action followed a Facebook or Instagram appearance. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Meta may also process data independently under its own notice and uses appropriate safeguards for relevant transfers outside the EEA. Without consent, Google and Meta measurement code is not loaded.

The hosting provider may process technical logs required to operate the site, such as IP address, time, requested URL and user agent; these are normally retained for no more than 30 days, and longer only where justified by a security incident or legal claim.

For a purchase, name, email, billing address, country, tax data, order and payment identifiers are required to perform the contract, invoice, prevent fraud and provide support. Stripe processes payment data and the selected invoicing provider processes invoice data under their own notices. Mandatory accounting records are retained for 8 years; complaints and responses for 3 years.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Hungarian NAIH or your local supervisory authority. Contract and invoice data are required to complete a purchase.
